Hobbee Playa Moped - Burn Rental
For the first-time ever, Joulvert is offering Playa Bike rental in collaboration with Hobbee who have provided a limited fleet of High Performance Electric Mopeds available for rental during the festival. The combination of the Hobbee Moped fleet and Joulvert's existing Reno infrastructure means that burners will be provided with a best-in-class collection experience during Joulvert's Pop-Up Event at the Reno Convention Center. Drop off post-festival will also be facilitated in Reno-Sparks.
Prior to collection, all purchasers will be required to sign a rental agreement and pay a $600 deposit that will be released upon return of the bike in working order. All information will be communicated prior to the Pop-Up Event.

Reno Collection
All Playa Moped Rentals will be collected from our Pop-Up Event, details below.

Playa Terms
Upon collection, all individuals will be required to sign a rental agreement and pay a $500 deposit, which will be released immediately upon return of the bike in working order. All accessories must be purchased separately on our website, these are not available for rental. We recommend purchasing a lock and a rear seat cushion if you are planning to ride with other individuals :)
Reno Drop-off
Post-Festival, the rental bikes must be dropped to our Reno Sparks location, not to the convention centre. An address will be provided upon collection. All rentals should be cleaned by the individuals prior to drop-off otherwise a $100 deep cleaning fee will be charged per-bike. Post purchase of the rental program, the team will reach out with information of logistics :)

What is included with the bike?
Each rental will be provided with a charger, but accessories must be purchased by the individual and are not available to rent.

What color will i recieve?
Colors will be provided based on what is available.
For how long do i have the bike?
The rental rate is for the entirety of the festival. The bike can be returned at any point prior to the end of the festival with arrangment via email.
