Important Information
Any drop-off outside of these hours will require approval in advance, and will incur an arrangement fee of $75. You must communicate and have drop-off approved outside of these hours. Approval is case by case and outside of hours drop-off requests must be communicated at least 6 hours in advance.

Playa Rentals must be returned clean otherwise a $200 cleaning and detailing fee will be applied.
Detailing and cleaning is included on the Joulvert Reno Storage plan but excess playa dust and mud must be removed first before drop-off, otherwise a $200 cleaning fee will be applied.
